That was good. Definitely felt like it just sort of ended. Could have been great if they had done a bit more to put everything together into something more cogent.

Put over both guys pretty hard and had a lot of nice technical wrestling and spots and was a pleasant watch though.

And yeah the main reason I think this match was going to be shit and the main reason it has BEEN shit so far is that both of these guys characters suck or are boring and this feud in general has been....blah.

This match has certainly matched the build. The commentary team though - they didnt HAVE to use Renee and the decision to use her has clearly been a mistake that is detracting from things.

To me the moment of the match was they do the pinfall and pan to the crowd who look... COMPLETELY BORED and you can practically hear Kevin Dunn shout "back to the ring holy shit back to the ring" trying to mask the lack of crowd reaction.
