Cheney had a lot to do with it but that doesn't absolve Bush nor does it mean he himself had nothing to do with it

Yeah he seems like a very nice and friendly man and I also want to like him, but he was the President. He was the one in charge. The buck stops with him.

This is exactly it.

I think Bush is an affable dope who got manipulated badly, but that doesn't mean he's blameless. Being dumb instead of evil doesn't make the bad things have not happened.

Dubya was an idiot frat boy that did what his daddy's friends told him. It seems likely that his level of understanding of the policies that he's credited for is about as much as Reagan's was.

I know it's been ten years since he was in office and Trump is so bad it's easy to miss him, but no. he was a bad president who did bad things who should be in prison

idk what the obsession is with "a president you could have a drink with," especially when he doesn't even drink

Both. Weak president with an unusually strong VP made for a bad combination.

Good hearted person who feels like he is going the Carter route. Ineffective in office but doing great work post-presidency.

This is totally false. The US does not have a final say in their elections. If we did, we never would have allowed Muqtada al-Sadr's coalition to win big in their most recent election, as he is known for being anti-US.

So what you are saying is totally false.
