Dungeon Keeper Mobile

Ever wondered why Google Play changed the download button on free apps to say 'Install' rather than 'Free'? This is why. A game so blatantly designed to take your money in exchange for nothing that the EU decided it could not legally be called 'free'.

Add to that the fact that it tried to trick you into not leaving a review if you said you were going to give it less than five stars, and that it shat all over a classic franchise that gamers had been hoping for a revival of for years, and you have something that's not so much a game as it is a literal crime.

Mega Man X7 sucks, but most of the other 3D games in those series are regarded as at least decent, as far as I'm aware.

The 3D Castlevanias all have enough good points to make up for the poor controls, the Mega Man Legends subseries is pretty well loved, and... I actually don't know what the consensus on Mega Man X Command Mission is, but I thought it was good.

It isn't like the early days when releasing a game actually meant something, now every company release bazillion games every year, most of them are low-profile trash that most of us probably never heard about, most likely mobile games or Pachinko

Better question would be "worst high-profile game from a major publisher" and in that case I would assume Sonic 06, but I never played it
The worst I did play is probably Mega Man X6

I think people knew more going in that one was going to be shit. Plus that one was more "so bad its funny" with Superman Knuckles and such. 06 was way more frustrating more often and I think had at least some hype prior to it coming out.

sonic boom is one of the dullest games you can play with a fuckton of glitches, but doesn't have anywhere near as much awfulness and BS as Sonic 06.

Generation's Crisis City is one of the best theme design in platformers ever and it was originated in Sonic 06, so at least I can give it credit for that
