Episode Gladiolus, Episode Ignis and Episode Prompto are already out. As for as I'm aware they didn't do a second season pass for these new DLC episodes that got scrapped.

Last rumor I heard on 7 was that the company they outsourced it to had the project taken away as they found the majority of what they had was unusuable after how many ever years it had been in development. So in theory the 7 remake is starting from scratch since like april this year.

Well at least Kingdom Hearts 3 will be out in January. Apparently.

My anticipation for KH3 is almost at the level of Diablo 3.....lets see if I can be as dissapointed. It's not really possible for them to mess it up enough to do that though unless:

There is no leveling, no stats, no choice of sword/shield/wand and the game is so easy you just hit one button all the time and instantly win everything.

Knock on virtual wood cause....it could happen.

It kinda seems that the FFXIV team are the only ones at Square that care about FF... and yet Stormblood has had some serious issues. Some of them were short-lived and corrected, like greed-only rolling in 24-man raids. No idea what the fuck they were thinking there. And don't even get me started on the trainwreck that is Eureka.

Hopefully tri-Ace does it. The only good Final Fantasy game to come out this decade was done by tri-Ace (FFXIII-2).

I think they have survived on their Western teams, which they apparently spend every second shitting on when they get the chance. Now that said teams are either gone or relegated to Marvel projects I don't anticipate them having sunny days in the future.

It's a shame to see the FF series go downhill so much. I was so hyped for 15 before it released, but after playing it......I mean it wasn't unbearable but I definitely learned to keep my expectations in check from now on.
