The United Parcel Service has fired a 25 YEAR Employee in Ohio after the heifer showed up in Blackface and in a MAID OUTFIT for Halloween on Wednesday!!

The fossil hag is not being named by dailymail as she was pictured in the controversial theatrical makeup on her face and hands and with a red scarf tied over her heard and with LARGE LIPS.

The offensive outfit portrayed a "mammy" stereotype of black women in the minstrel shows of the 19th century

It was posted on Facebook that said "She's a white woman and she came to work at UPS in Sharonville"

The anonymous employee told Fox that she arrived at work in the costume for Halloween and jumped over the conveyor belt and started dancing.

Media relations manager, Kim Krebs said the company rule were clear and she was dismissed.

They won't name the old hag but said they had strict policies against harassment and discrimination and has terminated her employment with the company as she will now be recycling for a living

Some UPS employees were HAPPY she got the axe as UPS said they have no place for hatred, bigotry and prejudice

This comes after a Missouri hospital employee got the boot when she wore blackface and dressed as BEYONCE..

Megyn Kelly was fired from NBC after she said it was okay for white people to wear blackface on Halloween as she is now fighting to get the rest of her 69 million contract

I mean... it is a character, but come on, what did you think was going to happen?

Depending on the policies of the company you work for, and what kind of contract you signed (or didn't sign).....they can fire you for ANY reason, including NO reason.

So showing up to work in blackface is never a good idea. They were kinda asking for trouble.

If they had dressed up in blackface in the privacy of their own home or something....and a photo leaked online....and they were later fired for it.....THEN I would have a problem with it, because now we are getting into tricky territory that starts impeding on people's freedoms.

It's a strange time we live in.

Controversial thought: I also think it's worth noting that in all honesty....deep within their heart of hearts....all drama and bullshit entirely removed from the equation.......I don't think there's as many people TRULY "offended" by blackface in2018 as the media and internet will have you believe.

Most of the loudest protestors are white people.....getting offended on the BEHALF of black people....in a futile attempt to virtue-signal.

Because the implicitly racist nature of the restriction wasn't clear enough? >_> Otherwise your complaint just adds another layer of stupidity to the situation, considering that the Missouri Beyonce example was largely innocuous (unlike the UPS one). That's further reflected in the comments by professors to the effect of, "We need to teach people to be offended by this."
