Stuff like Speech, Barter, Guns, Explosives, Energy Weapons, and Stealth to name a few. In Fallout 4 most of these skill are now entirely governed by perks.

As someone who is still interested in Fallout. That Women comment was strangly placed. But I don't care what one asshole out of hundreds of assholes making a game says.....is he important?

the 3d fallout games are so different from the isometric ones, I don't really see the big deal with them changing how perks and skills work. like yeah, would I prefer it if the new games were basically 3d versions of the old games? sure. but they're not, not even new vegas (which gets the most praise out of the newer games)

Yup. Gamers pick their favorite style then are like "that's not a REAL Fallout (etc.) game" if they switch it up again. As if they have authority over the developers to say what qualifies in their series.
