Board 8 > Will Memes Help Character Strength?

I've seen a lot of people suggest that Bowser will get a boost because of Bowsette, so I was wondering if the same thing would apply to other characters who have memes. For example, Guile's Theme, Ugandan Knuckles Crash Bandicoot Whoa, or almost everything to do with Waluigi. Or is Bowser only getting a Bowsette boost because she's currently a meme and the other memes I mentioned are all old?

Bowser will only get a slight boost - but it might be tiny by the time his match arises. Depends on how long this "Bowsette" thing lasts.

Has Guile's Theme ever helped him? I don't believe so.

No. Not significantly anyway.

It might be enough to sway something like a 47-53 match in 47's favor, but not enough to make someone like Bowser or Guile or Waluigi win the whole thing.

Rallies work because they are an organized effort to bring outsiders to the site. Otherwise, it's just somebody who would normally vote anyway changing what they would normally vote for because they thought WAHlelujah was funny or something like that, which is far less effective.
