I moved them to into the folder. The screen filled with icons again! I moved them to the folder. The screen filled up *AGAIN!!!. I finally went into the user's profile and checked the Desktop folder. Instead of icons, she had so many search bars on Internet Explorer (I know) that there was maybe 1 inch of actual browser space, and then LITERALLY like 10-20 search bars with ads.
