You know, I've never used one. But I have been curious about them... I've also been curious about the other things like those. I have seen one in real life, though. I had a "friend" who had one and showed us. Apparently, you have to clean those things out pretty often...

Just don't get the translucent version. While it sounds really hot to be able to see yourself inside and is great for taking photos or video, the material used is kind of sticky and just feels totally gross to handle.
Cleaning is actually pretty easy because they can be taken apart. Both the top and bottom unscrew (hehe, screw), and the sleeve can be pulled out. Just jam the back of the sleeve onto the end of the faucet, turn on the water, then giggle at the water pouring out the front. ... Copied to Clipboard!

It's alright. Having to run it under hot/warm water just to warm it up was... meh. After that you had to take the time to clean it which is kind of a hassle. (I mean obviously you have to clean it unless you're a weirdo who doesn't.) But I'm sure you all know how it goes. If you wanna fap, you just wanna fap and not waste time doing all that other stuff.
Honestly, I only used it like 10 times before I stopped. Then I threw it away after not using it for a year. 8/10. Feels great (especially the ones that use the "real feel" material), but kind of a pain to maintain. I mean once you have used it a few times they are pretty easy to clean, but still more of a hassle then using a tissue or just finishing in the shower.
