But who would enforce the curfew? Female police officer, female military, female volunteers. The patriarchy has made it hard for females to meet the numbers of males in law enforcement and it would take a large police force man check points from 9pm to 6am and drive around ready to arrest any male seen after sun down. The only effective way to do this is to have male officers work those shift as their number would be more realistic to enforce a military state.

It's an idle thought exercise. They Invented a wild hypothetical fantasy to discuss some things you'd like to do in other circumstances, just like when someone asks you "what would you do with 5 billion dollars" - the point is just to 1) have a laugh, 2) quietly point out how your day-to-day life is. The point is not to seriously discuss how to implement any of this (no more than rolling out a 5 billion dollar gift scheme), but to point out how women think about their safety all the time in a public setting in a way that men typically don't.

The takeaway from this should really be "oh, I didn't realise it was like this for you", not "omg fucking feminazis want to cut off my balls"

"I'd like to walk home at night and feel safe" is not a comment that all men are unsafe. It's a comment that if you're a woman you're going to feel vulnerable because of strangers, and unfortunately men are twice your size, several times as strong and likely (statistically and through experience) overwhelmingly more often the people that have ever made you feel unsafe before.
