After missing the playoffs last year, Quenneville was definitely on the hotseat. The five game losing streak kinda sealed it.

Now, some blame also goes to some poor front office decisions dating back to 2013 that cost the Hawks some young studs like Teuvo Teravainen. You could make the case that the GM should go as well, but at that point you're firing Quenneville anyways.

This is the stupidest scandal ever. Literally every employee talks shit about their bosses with their fellow workers. In every job. Ever. The coaches almost certainly talk shit about the players behind their backs too (especially Duchene, who is probably the most disappointing trade acquisition since Martin Erat).

Complete nothing here. Everyone should ignore it.
