It would be great if they lost, and I'm not one to call MLB rigged or anything, but we are not going to be able to avoid this Yankees/Red Sox series again. We've gotten too lucky on that front in recent years.

It'll suck if the Yankees win but I'm just going to try to enjoy tomorrow and not having to stress over the Rockies who aren't in for an easy time in Milwaukee

After all of our teams failed to get things done recently, the Rockies have reestablished hope and made the playoffs exciting, at least for a little bit. Let's see if the A's can keep it going and knock out another nasty team tonight.

That's another thing about the argument that we should like them because they don't spend money. They are hoarding money that they stole from the city which is actually much worse. The Red Sox had the highest payroll this year actually but they'll slash it by 60 million or so when it's their turn to get back under the luxury tax threshold like the Dodgers did this year
