In a lot of cases, the anime only gets a single season or otherwise wraps up before the manga ends. Shows like Bebop have an actual conclusion whereas other anime can be more open-ended in case it gets another season. lihlih posted... Cowboy Bebop is good, but Outlaw Star is the better space anime. You should give that one a try after. It really depends on what you're looking for. Bebop is largely episodic whereas OS is more of a space opera with a more continuous running storyline. But yeah, Bebop is a pretty fun series. Where else are you going to see cats pilot spaceships? ~~(And now we wait for somebody to list all of the time cats have piloted spaceships -- oh, and for anybody wondering, I'm not talking about catgirls, I mean literal cats)~~ MICHALECOLE posted...
