In a slump right now. But not bad enough that I'm having like really bad thoughts coming back.

i have some weird ocd where I need to bombard myself with vocal insults at least once an hour, i self punish whenever something i perceive as "good" happens to me. a simple compliment is enough to send me down the spiral. not to mention the b7 thoughts that plague my mind, even when i sleep. there is no respite.

mcdonalds is the kind of food that tastes pretty horrible as soon as it loses any bit of heat. i can't imagine it being too great delivered, like half of the time they can't even serve it hot out of the drive-thru window.

My thing is that I have really poor impulse control, and a taste for dry gin - I do abstain from alcohol through my own laziness, but as soon as my friends are like "yo wanna have some drinks", I get an instant thirst for gin. And then once I've had one drink, I don't stop until there's no more alcohol around me. To quit, ideally, I would have to be around other people who don't drink - it's that suggestion of having drinks every weekend that I use to validate myself, so removing that validation would go a long way in helping me curb my alcohol problem.
