I used to have problems like that. Tag, refresh, no dice. Sometimes it would take a couple of times for a tag to stick. If that doesn't work, go to the users page and tag him there.

This is why I can't be a Republican or conservative. Civil liberties and the rule of law should apply to everyone, equally, and without bias. The killer being a cop does not change the circumstances of invading someone else's home and killing them.

That's murder. Or at least high degree manslaughter.

And bringing up what was found in the apartment to impugn the victim is abhorrent.

Hmm, I just tagged you "HavingProblemsApplyingTags" and it worked the first time. Perhaps it's your browser. Off topic, whenever I see or hear the words browse, or browser I think of the scene in Easy Money, where Rodney and Joe stop by a store called Odds and Ends, and the employee harasses them, Rodney's all like "were browsing", and "If I buy a few odds, will you show us your end?".

Obviously to try to find excuses for the guy being dead, even if it has nothing to do with his possessions.
I don't recall ever seeing any other investigation where they did that. Listing what the person who did the crime had at their place? Sure. The victim? Never.. But yeah what a joke of an investigation..

I parked in front of the wrong one and was all "what the hell.." when I saw different halloween or christmas decorations from what was there in the morning". Didn't actually walk up to the door and try to unlock or open it though..

Do any of the articles mention where she lives in relation to the dead guy's apartment? Like, right next door? Same door, on a different floor? Or is a totally different place on a totally different floor that makes no sense for her to make that mistake unless she was completely smashed (or just flat out wanted to kill the guy and made up an excuse, as apparently is one of the theories)?

The entitlement she's displaying along with this superiority delusion that most cops exhibit is disgusting. "He didn't follow my orders" could you imagine if that was my excuse for murdering an innocent person whos house I had just broken into? Lol it's absurd! "Why did you shoot him in his home?". "he didn't do what I told him to do" which is bullshit.

See for a person to claim self defense, they had better be actually defending themselves from something. The fact that cops (and only cops) can say that they just felt like they were under attack and get off Scott free is absurd. If you think you're under attack, bit actually aren't, and respond with deadly force, you should be charged with manslaughter at least. And really, cops should be held to a higher standard tban civilians, not a a lower one.

Really, this case is super important. If she goes free, there will be ugly consequences. She needs to get over herself and ead guilty and take a plea bargain for the sake of the country. Not only because she's clearly in tbe wrong, but because this case is bigger than her. And when it's getting to the point where we are dragging a dead man's innocent name through the mud to try and get this bitch a better chance of beating ber charges, well obviously our justice system is blatantly laying it's flaws out for us to see.

https://www.dallasnews.com/news/crime/2018/09/13/evidence-botham-jeans-home-supports-officer-amber-guygers-account-shot-across-room-officials-say

That article says that the bullet casings, vest, and backpack all belong to the officer who shot him. They were not the victim's... but even if they were, why would it matter that he had bullet casings or a vest in his apartment? Aren't conservatives all about the second amendment? Owning bullet casings isn't illegal so why exactly are you trying to paint this as a negative if you truly support the 2nd amendment rights for all citizens?

But I"m not surprised by the (typical) hypocrisy from conservatives. I mean, it's crazy because what happened to this guy is literally one of the two wet dream scenarios conservatives dream up whenever they argue against gun control (the other one being a good guy with gun stopping a mass shooting). He had an armed intruder in his home. If anything, he would have been justified in shooting her and asking questions later according to conservatives in all other instances like this. But for some strange reason, they just can't bring themselves to be on the victim's side in this case. Gee, I wonder why.

Again, it doesn't matter what the victim had in his apartment. It's his place, his business. Blaming the victim makes the cops and people backing the killer look like hypocritical racists.

Although if it was some kind of Jeffrey Dahmer thing where bodies are being dissolved in acid, that'd probably make for a really weird plot twist.

Its stupid that this is even brought up. Its completely irrelevant. Also its stupid that some people think cops planted this. If the cops wanted to really defame this man they would have planted way harder drugs. Regardless it all doesnt matter.

Cops should be protected a little more than a civilian because of the nature of their duties. They are told to go into dangerous and stressful situations due to their profession. However this doesnt apply here because she was off duty and went into someone elses privacy. She obviously should be fired but honestly she should be locked up for it. Itd be a disgrace if she doesnt do time for this.
