Get a box of clothes shipped to you and you pay for the clothes you want to keep.

How is this different to buying clothes from any other online retailer?

You get a box of clothes shipped and get a refund on the ones you send back ...

Or is that the joke lol

The difference is you don't refund the unwanted clothes, you just don't pay in the first place.

You don't have to have enough money to buy them all and you don't have to have that money inaccessible until the refund is processed.

If a few extra pairs of socks are gonna send you into bankruptcy and you're banking on only having to pay for 2 out of 4 pairs of socks then maybe you need to get your priorities straight

You're thinking to small. This is usually for bigger items, I think. And more. Like shirts or jeans and stuff. And depending on the brand, they can get pretty expensive. So, while it may not send you into bankruptcy, it could be a strain on you finances. Though, this can help with that so that it's not such a strain. People could be in all kinds of situations that are not the norm, so I guess it could be pretty useful...

It's more for if you want to buy a designer outfit and can't afford to buy them in several colours and sizes to find what suits you. But even ignoring that, if someone is broke and is starting a new job, their priorities would be straight to try to get a solid outfit that fits to make a good impression.

See I'm different from most people here. I don't just complain to complain. It actually makes a lot of sense. I used it once. Worked very well.

I bought 3 pairs of jeans and 3 pairs of sunglasses. It let me see which of the sun glasses I liked and which jeans were a good cut.

The only problem is that when I sent it back, it took them like a week to check it in so I got nervous.

It's a good service though. You don't have to pay for the return postage and they send you the box and label to send it back with.

Are you ok? obviously this wouldn't be a sox ordering service. Jeans, dress clothes, shoes, sun glasses, etc can all be very expensive.

I get the feeling you might be a guy who wears a lot of cargo shorts.

But, you can do this in a store? Try on various items and only pay for the stuff that fits . . .

This would be useful for people who have mobility issues or who live in the middle of butt-fuck-nowhere. Other than that, get off your lazy asses and go outside.

When stores have the range and prices of Amazon, that will be a valid complaint.

Department stores often have limited selections or are brand specific. I've got two kids. The reason I don't want to spend several hours going to a department store and pay more is specifically because I am outside with my kids.

Cool that you think shopping in a mall is going outside though.

I barely have time to do my other errands. Let alone, go out shopping. And to multiple stores because certain stores have certain brands sometimes. Only to find out it's all more expensive than amazon... No. This would work much better...

Thoughts on Amazon Wardrobe?

My thought is that someone at Amazon heard an ad for Stitch Fix somewhere, and thought it was a monetizable idea and decided to steal it.
