I remember a topic where some guy posted a AIM chat log where he was bragging about macking on a hot chick from his HS class. But he was an idiot and left both their AIM usernames in it. So CE IM's her with the topic screenshot and chat log and she gets hella creeped out on the TC because she barely ever talks to him and thinks he's a creep at school. And it turns out he made up that AIM chat where he was macking on her lol. She went on to tell everyone at school and idk if the TC ever came back lol

It might've been THE dark, I'm not sure.

Back in the day, he was extremely well known on CE, maybe about 2004. He was completely obssessed with a woman he referred to as "THE girl", and was also talking about her. This went on for at least a year, if not two. I don't think he ever made a move. I remember he was also from somewhere in the Middle East, but I'm not sure where. He was just...the definition of pathological. To be fair, though, he was probably harmless. I don't remember any serious incidents ever happening (you know how certain people on CE are).

Like, 2008. I think it was summertime. It was at like 3 a.m. in the morning. Some dude made a clickbait title and posted a youtube link. In the video, it was some girl, maybe like 5 years old, asking "where's the candy" after performing a sexual act on him. It was so shocking and horrorific. Sad part is, it took the mods a while to delete that topic, probably because it was so late at night, so unfortunately a lot of CEmen were traumatized by that shit. Really hope that fucker is in jail.

I know. Teenage girls aren't exactly stable, or with good decision-making processes, either. I suppose she might have been in her early twenties, I'm not sure (although those girls are pretty terrible, too).

I'm not even sure of many places where you could find old screenshots of CE, these days. There used to be a few of those pictures on the internet. It would be a REAL shame if nobody had them anymore. Stuff from back in the day. They might have been completely lost, though, including really old stuff, from the 2000s.

CE has had a lot of regulars over the years, I guess. A lot of them got bored and left, though, and others left for different reasons.

OMG omg it's Aly and Peter Griffin were both here in 02 and 03. In fact I think they both got banned in 03 or 04 and pg started a spinoff site that operated for several years. I used to talk to Aly a lot, and still have her on facebook. She's doing pretty well now.

You know, I'd forgotten perhaps the single greatest event in CE history. How could I?

Most people haven't been here nearly long enough to have been there for it, though. The radio interview. It was back in 2002. We finally got to hear the voice of CJayC, as he spent about 2 hours answering questions about the site and games. So great. I remember someone asking something about XSquader (Dawkins), and how CJayC wouldn't answer. There was also some idiot who called in, asking a video game question. He was an idiot because A. he was wasting time asking about games rather than the site, and B. he seemed to think that GTA3 came on 9 discs, although CJayC set him straight about this.

That radio interview was so good. I can't really remember if CJayC had a proper Texan accent or not. It was interesting, it really was.

Over the years, this board certainly had a lot of arguments about consoles. For a while, it was PS2 vs GC vs XBox. Then, it was PS3 vs Wii vs XBox 360. More recently, it's been PS4 vs Wii U vs XBox One. There have also been different topics, just before a new console or new consoles release, asking about where to get the best deals. CE has never talked heavily about video games, despite this being a gaming site, but there had certainly been ongoing discussing about games and consoles as well.
