Regardless of any ulterior motives or whatever, here are some of my REAL problems with this shit which I think are perfectly reasonable.:

Anna Diop looks good in real life, but she does look too old to play the character.

Her skin should be painted orange

Her hair should be wavy or in actual curls, not the frizzy stuff because it just doesn't fit with the character

Her energy powers are fire-like and not green energy blasts

Costume is terrible and make her look like a very cheap hooker

She seems designed to stir up controversy and nothing else.

All the Titans look bad man. Raven looks like shit(and too young relative to the rest of the cast), her powers look entirely exorcist freakout based, like some horror show. The usual dark magician girl is nowhere to be seen, and her actress also looks bad. Robin is one angsty son of a bitch, but you can't really fuck up your stock white guy too much besides making him Jason Todd which it looks like they did, so the character will just act and sat horrible shit all the time.

There were probably some (and that movie has various problems regardless), but his skin color doesn't change the fact that everything else about him is on point for the character.
