So why didn't she just kill herself in the first place and solve all of the problems without resorting to murder (and attempted double murder)? I take that to mean that her killing was premeditated revenge-driven. If I were the judge in that case, I wouldn't give her prison (or secured assisted living), I'd give her the death penalty.
