I was covering a building two weeks ago, where the guy actually had trouble logging into the computer. As in, he was at the login screen (already logged in but locked), and then asked me what to do next. All he had to do was press Enter. This happened at least twice. The program had the standard "File \| Edit \| View \| Tool" menu at the top of the window but for whatever reason he just couldn't grasp it. When we ended the call I thought the nightmare was over, but he called me back about a half hour later saying he still couldn't figure it out.
