Board 8 > Stuck on a Rubik's Cube, please help.

I got the blues together with some help from my brother and now I'm stuck again. How do I get the other sides without messing this up? I dunno if I can get back to this place on my own. I got six of the yellows together, 3x2.

Also, I thought these took batteries. Do I need them to finish?

it's been a long time since i knew how to solve them but if i remember correctly you dont generally solve them by individual sides

it's kind of an all at once sort of thing. there's an algorithm you can find pretty easy if you look for it

I'm not really sure. I was taught in person by a friend over a decade ago. And I shouldn't say there's just one algorithm. Iirc it was multiple situational patterns. It's been ages. I would look on YouTube honestly as its probably better to see it in motion. But a quick search has a prank video as the first result so read the description first

Thank you for the links. Unfortunately I have lost my blues though -- I can only get eight now...not the corner-squares, but one of those adjacent to the center is bothering me. I didn't backtrack well. =(

And man, I'm supposed to make them look like Tetris T-blocks on every side too?! I thought I was doing pretty good to make a Connect 4.....
