I keep coming back to the fact that if playstyle reads were all that mattered, I'd vote Donker. It's not decisive but it's there. It's set up stuff and analysis of scum's behavior that has me thinking otherwise...and I'm traditionally awful at that stuff, while I'm okayish at reading people. SE's behavior seems dumb to do to a teammate, but do I actually know enough about what scum was thinking to know there isn't a reasonable explanation? I'm not sure.

There is a difference when youve got a full, healthy scum team, plus lots of people and less info so you have a chance of pulling through it
vs later when scum team is in shambles and less people and more people are confirmed so its an extremely high chance to get lynched.

Yeah, when you have a full team you don't know which person might still be alive days later, whereas when you're in dire straits you need a home run play and can be sure that your already-scanned-innocent player will make it to endgame with a shot

Any future day where one of them is up to the lynching plate, you can fall back on were there that many scum up for lynch on day 1, or in scenario 2, would scum really try to lynch their own kind? Meanwhile, in that case the play will be under much more scrutiny because scum is desperately clinging to life, and there is less fat to trim so to speak

Good game guys. I have a lot to comment later but am on a flight right now.

Town might be a little upset at losing that but when you see the scum board, you'll see how hard scum tried even after dying.

For the record, the Doppelganger did scan Inno and tricks the thief. Your board 8 special of my lynch caught us off guard. I was watching the NBA finals so wasn't around to try do anything about it until too late (and was like 8 pints deep)

I was very sad when I noticed you doing it. Donk played scummier than Col, but there was no way scum tried to lead a Lynch on their godfather at the scenario leaving 2 unscanneds left when one of the unscanneds wasn't godfather (despite the fact the Unscanned did scan inno also but you couldn't have known that).

This is why MI looked so good awful to me late in that day. How could MI be town and view Colzach as town? Like, it baffles me. I offered him the colzach Lynch and he even then refused it.

Well then, that was unexpected. I went back and forth several times reading this final day. Both Donk and Zach were acting suspicious at various times, but Donk looked shadier by the end so my gut was wrong. Good job, Zach! (Also, Godot and not Dahlia for T&T? Wow.)

Zach was so terrible the last two days but town was too terrible to notice.

I think he literally had an opening post 2 or 3 days ago where he basically said the right play was to lynch everybody.

Then the last day he wouldn't even countervote properly when it should have been his only option remaining. (that or plead to donk that he was town.).

Doppelganger scanned innocent. The theme of this game from a scanning perspective was to give town a lot of it but have them all be flawed. Interesting set up.

It is annoying because there should never be a game with 3 scan altering roles, especially 2 inno ones.

Disagree. He was told not to vote Donk early and to discuss out all options to come across as town as possible in trying to work out the final scum rather than just going in blazing at Donk

I like to think I would have lynched Zach for lynching his strong town read MI out of nowhere, but that's hindsight bias for you. I just want to read the scumboard to see why I died N2 and how badly they trash talked me

Yeah, I'm pissed off at myself. I knew it had to be Zach, I just couldn't convince myself to trust that I had it figured out when I was going off a type of analysis I'm usually shit at. I'm pretty much the worst town player imaginable for endgame (unless you're scum in which case I'm your fucking hero), I'm good at creating discussion and content for other people to judge, but I'm absolutely dreadful at drawing conclusions from it.

It was weird as Panthera was saying donk was cracking, I thought the complete opposite. Colzach was floundering to get any lynch possible as he added arti. Then took him off when responding as arti.

So, colzach's reaction to my fake scan. Coached right? I thought it was in game. Also, his hammer justification. Big scum oopsie right? Oh well.

Some notes

-Scare's role actually brought a dead player back into the game for the day, letting them take over his slot. He never used it though and I think the backup messed with the meta

-turbopuns tanked his claim because he knew he was scanned guilty

-eaedwards was town MVP. Literally blocked kills that were headed towards MI twice.

Also the foolmo lynch was towns greatest mistake. You either needed to chop down the vanillas or no lynch at that point(vanilla massacre was my preferred).

Also for the record, the scum team requested that the MI modkill not end the game. We also requested that Corrik not be modkilled and we would just night kill him to try save game integrity

So people stop asking, I was modkilled by way of sending my role action to the debunked MI. I was tired, and I used the first post to send my role pm.
