Well, it looks like it doesn't stay up to date automatically, so each time new girls or costumes are added to the game, they're added censored and the player has to add new files to uncensor them. You'll get quite a few duplicates, but as you get a certain number of duplicates you get points to use for a guaranteed pick that isn't a duplicate.
