AVGN is a better reviewer (and he actually, you know, makes videos), but Jon is a way better comedian. Really depends on what you're looking for I guess. I find AVGN way more rewatchable though because the comedy was never really the main appeal for me. Even Jon's best videos were entertaining to me like twice at max.

JonTron is one swood guy with better memes but James does better writing for his material and doesn't rely on so many annoying cutaways or whatever you call them.

James has better writing? It's like half poop jokes... wait, you might be right, despite that. Jon's scripts probably look like shit if you were to read one without knowing anything about him. I guess it's pretty much all in the delivery and editing for him.
