They will steal menus posted online and provide them to customers as if they have an affiliation with those restaurants. When you place an online order with doordash, someone physically calls the restaurant and places the order by phone, yes by phone. At least grubhub gives businesses tablets with an app that tells them of orders, allows us to make any adjustments if needed, the customers name/address/phone, the drivers name/phone/estimated arrival and so forth. As a consumer, I have no faith in giving doordash any of my personal information, least of of credit card numbers. I didnt want a bunch of them. And I didnt use them much. But have a lot do extra room and the ability to folder them makes it better. But I do understand. I think I would get more apps if I had more time to go other places. I still might for some places.
