He must have some pretty bad PTSD already, but at least he has money, a superbowl ring, and a hot wife. However, San Francisco is better by miles because it's a bigger city, better weather, prettier geographically, more diverse, and etc. If you say Seattle is better than San Francisco than you are definitely acting on emotion lol. Again, I love Seattle, but San Francisco is just on another tier. --- Him being greedy is a good thing. That means he'll want to spend less and help us get out of this debt. IIRC Seattle still has more per capita; from my visits they seemed pretty equal in terms of the sheer amount of homeless people.
