No, it makes you think you're funny, but trust me, you probably aren't. It also makes you do the embarrassing stuff you're talking about forgetting... you don't forget about past things. It is a restaraunt policy to give you a free shot as you leave, but sometimes people don't want theirs so the bartenders might spread the love. --- I am awesome and so are you.
