The game is still in beta. There's still only one gameplay mode and not too many characters. It's not very balance, there's no trading, and there's no community servers or mods yet.

Too many people throw the game intentionally. season bans for 3 dcs in game. bad team mates. toxic players.

Constant nerfs and ability changes leave no lasting character consistency over the last 2 years.

I sold my beloved copy for these reasons.

You can get banned for being a toxic player even if you don't say anything. It suffers from League Of Legend's old report system problem where you are automatically suspended if enough people report even though you did nothing wrong. Once you're banned you can't play again . Blizzard has a record of your IP address and device and bans you from playing Overwatch from your computer or IP address.

You wont get auto-banned in Overwatch for being reported and afaik there is no automatic suspension for a certain number of reports either. The guy in the youtube videos got banned on a bunch of accounts for trolling(just check the other videos on his page) and at some point Blizzard decided to hardware ban him, which means any new accounts he sets up will also be banned.

The only people who complain about getting unjustly banned are people who are doing things which are ban worthy, or the absolute fringe of the community(like the people who get to top 500 but only play 1 hero).

My son plays on PS4 and he doesnt have any issues finding matches.

I say get it. Ive got 3 copies lol. PS4 for one son. Pc for other son. And Xbox for me lol

i had a lot of fun with the game for about six months then i got burned out and started becoming frustrated more than i was having fun

I have it on PS4, never really have a problem finding matches. Usually in the early AM takes a while.

The game is hindered by having a console release. It has to be dumbed down so it can be a FPS that can played well by a controller. There's a limit to how much maps and characters and gameplay changes can be made.

it's not worth it. i uninstalled it because it made me angry and the game isn't enjoyable in its 6v6 format. if one person doesnt pull their weight then the match is harder. if two people don't pull their weight, the match is basically done. sometimes i don't pull my weight either and i know that i can weigh down my teams too.

you're not gonna walk away happy from every session of overwatch. a game like tf2 in its 12v12 format is a lot more fun and enjoyable in comparison. all overwatch does is make me and my friends collectively angry.

games are supposed to be fun and enjoyable but overwatch isn't like that half the time, so i'm done with it. overwatch is a horrible relationship builder too, so if you're trying to meet new people through it..... don't.

I recently started playing it again and if you play it casually and not give a major shit if you win or not then the game is great.

I team up with Ninane, get a glass of alcohol and just relax. I just can't wait to get my new computer desk setup so I actually have a damn good playing platform lol.

Overwatch's small team structure makes it more difficult to learn other roles. You always have to play the hero that's most needed at the moment. Multiple people cannot play the same hero.
