And don't get me started on Advent. MMZ series for GBA is top tier though I actually really loved the game overall but I understand that's a pretty unpopular opinion. But either way, both the graphics and music were killer. I mean, have you seen how many frames they put into stuff like ZX's hair animation? That's common enough with 3D games that have complex physics engines but some poor soul actually sat there and drew hundreds of sprites of hair flapping in the breeze. And the colors--dang man. Despite high saturation, everything is easy on the eyes and most of the game just feels like a nice Spring day.
