The study does not claim that, it's your own interpretation. But the fact that kids will get bullied far more often in that case remains, so yes, that's certainly not a positive for the child.

If life begins at conception then we should be able to remove a fetus at one week old, the fetus should be fine, the mother isn't burdened with carrying it 9 months, and someone can adopt said one week old fetus, correct?

It is true that fetuses in America are NOT American citizens. They become American citizens by being born in America, but until then, they are not.
