What I'm asking is are you healthy in both food and drink, or healthy with one over the other. Like do you eat super healthy, but always drink something unhealthy with it like soda? Or do you drink water with everything, but eat pizza for most meals? Things like that. Where are you on the scale based on these choices. On average, I guess. And explain, please.

I drink mainly OJ, water and beer, but man the food i eat is usually decadent. I used to have salad for breakfast in hopes that i can stick to vegetarianism the rest of the day, but it doesn't usually work out that way.

Food: In the middle. I eat vegetables daily and fruits most of the time, but then I'll eat 15 white fudge chunky Chips Ahoy cookies in one sitting (and still want more)

Drinks: Healthy, I pretty much only drink water

The only unhealthy drink I have regularly is tea or coffee with sugar/milk. Not super unhealthy but it's my daily treat. I don't get the appeal of soft drinks or sugary drinks in general, unless it's a rare treat.

For example during Ramadan I make this special fruit-infused lemonade (e.g. strawberry or blueberry lemonade), but it's mostly because it helps replenish electrolytes and ups my calories after a long fast.

I try to eat healthily and stick to my fitness goals, but I usually eat something unhealthy once a week to treat myself.

I mostly drink nerd juice (water), regular juice (juice), and have cut back massively on pop, but it's still there some days. Foodwise, my calorie intake is good, but the content is pretty mixed in quality.

I alternate between healthy and unhealthy food so I put in the middle for food and I try to avoid drinking unhealthy sugary drinks most of the time so I put healthy for drinks. I also try to work out regularly to counteract anything bad I eat. How about you @LinkPizza ?

I meant to post earlier. But Splatoon 2 and the Danganronpa series distracted me. Haha. I am unhealthy for both. Haha. I drink mostly soda. I do drink other things like lemonade, juice, Milk, etc... but almost never water unless I really have no other choice... for food, it's all over the place. But a bunch of unhealthy junk. Pizza, chicken nuggets, Mac and cheese, mostly things that have cheese, etc. And a lot of frozen dinners. I use to cook more, but it wasn't much healthier. I would make like a Cheesy Garlic Chicken or Toasted Ravioli and stuff. I try to go get exercise, though. Mostly running. And that really because or PT test. I have one coming up soon. Luckily, I have a crazy fast matabolism, somit doesn't show. I like 5'2-5'4. And my weight fluctuates between like 110 & 125-ish. I just really unhealthy all the way around...

In the middle for both.

Food - I eat vegetables, fruits and junk food.
Drink - I drink Water but also pop.

I've noticed I've put on a bit of weight now though(something that is rare for me) but that could be because I've stopped smoking. I now weigh 10 Stone as apposed to 9 and half. This is a good thing though given my age and height so I'm not that much underweight anymore.
