The reason they do this is because they don't want the person to sue so they will continually shoot them. They also 'forget' to turn on bodycams so they can break in, and they also 'forget' to dress up in uniform to get a reaction from people.

That would be pretty impressive, tbh, unless there were 50 officers on the scene. Not really. After the first couple shots in the back, he likely wouldn't be moving very much. It's not at all hard to shoot a stationary target that lets you get as close as you need to and leaves you ample time to reload. --- This is my signature.
