Sting 03/29/18 10:43:52 PM #1:	Alright in a bit of scenario here at work. This one guy, whose race shall remain anonymous, has been picking fights with people and trying to get them into trouble. A couple of months ago, he got in my friends' face and said that me and him were, "Making him look like a bitch" and when my friend said he was too close and he needed to get back the guy said, "What the fuck are you gonna do?" He said it infront of everybody. So what do they do? They move my friend to another department. He did nothing to the guy either. A couple of weeks ago, this same guy, was told by a coworker that one of the ladies (who is about 5 feet tall) said that sometimes she felt like shooting him because he made her so mad. This guy is 6'5'' and tries to act like he is so big and tough, yet he decided to call the police on her and have her arrested and then take her to federal court over that and try and press charges. Now she is banned from the base. Well a couple of days ago, this same guy had questioned why I hadn't done something the way he told me to. I tried to explain, and right after I said my first sentence, he said to someone of the same race, "Hey lets go tell the boss about this." And they both walked away to tell her. This guy has called me at home on my days off to bitch at me for stuff I supposedly didn't do or did wrong the day before, has constantly tried to provoke me, and nothing has been done despite all of this trouble he has caused. A lot of the managers are the same race as him. So my question is, why do people of the same race have to defend each other to the end? Why cant they just acknowledge that he is wrong? When I'm working the majority of employees that complain about me or quit because of me have been the same race as I am. Employees of other races mostly seem to have no issues with me. She was just saying how she felt. All she said was, "He makes me so mad sometimes I want to just shoot that guy." I have heard other people say things like that and they were just venting. If she had said, "Tomorrow, I'm going to bring a gun up here and blow him away." That would have been a threat. She had just gotten frustrated. She's a soccer mom. She's gotta realize though that you can't make those sorts of comments towards people that you're not familiar with because they lack of context built through a relationship can lead to the other person taking it far more seriously than she'd otherwise meant for. Her talking about shooting a coworker she had a friendly relationship with will be interpreted differently than saying the same thing about a coworker that she actually disliked. Considering that they don't like each other in the first place, it was awfully foolish of her to say that, especially around people that can't keep a harsh remark to themselves. --- Who is? He has gotten into it with 3 different people since the year started, and numerous people last year. But instead of doing something about him, they just basically say, "Well we cant get rid of this guy, so we will just get rid of everyone he picks a fight with." If that many people are having a problem with the same guy, why not just get rid of the problem?
