At my job my manager frequently comments on how I seem to only get into conflicts with employees that are the same race as I am. Why else would people make excuses for a trouble maker? This guy keeps picking fights and nothing is being done about it. I have nothing to go on here but your own story, but if everyone else at your job respects him and not you then I'm pretty sure he's not the problem.
