You might be seeing racial issues where there aren't any. At my job my manager frequently comments on how I seem to only get into conflicts with employees that are the same race as I am.

Why else would people make excuses for a trouble maker? This guy keeps picking fights and nothing is being done about it.

I have nothing to go on here but your own story, but if everyone else at your job respects him and not you then I'm pretty sure he's not the problem.

Man fuck you, didn't say everyone else respects him. They don't, just people of the same race.

Don't know what to tell you man. When I'm working the majority of employees that complain about me or quit because of me have been the same race as I am. Employees of other races mostly seem to have no issues with me. You're just seeing racial issues where there don't need to be any.

Why else would they make excuses for this guy? He has gotten into it with 3 people in the past 3 months. Almost every time there is a conflict, it is him and someone else. Yet everyone that is his race makes excuses for him like "Oh he just had a bad day" or "Oh I think people just misunderstand him." Why not just say he is a trouble maker? Also, if he picked a fight, why did my friend get moved and not him?
