In what way have I ever stood against the first amendment? I feel like I'm constantly having to defend it. Telling people to read the second amendment and stop ignoring the part which calls for regulation is a wish to repeal it? I'm not sure exactly where you can pull out the fifth? Is it where I have a problem with prosecutors conspiring with police to protect criminals when the criminal is a police officer? In that case wouldn't it be prosecutor and police who have an issue with due process and not me? How could I ever have a problem with the 8th? I want health care to be a right, so rather than repealing an amendment I would prefer it become an amendment. Also lol at calling me a fascist.
