The Austin bomber has been shot dead as police FBI agents were trying to arrest him, it has been reported.

The man detonated a device before gunfire rang out along Interstate Highway 35 in the early hours of Wednesday, according to KVUE.

The FBI and police tracked the bomber to the Round Rock area before engaging him around 3am on Wednesday, the station reports.

As officers pursued the suspect a device was detonated, which had been anticipated by police, before a volley of gunfire.

Austin Police Department tweeted that they were working on an officer-involved shooting near the highway, but gave no further details.

The I-35 has been closed in both directions while images from the scene show dozens of law enforcement vehicles parked along the highway.

All the closet psychologists who are tryinig to help really have no idea what they are talking about either. That's the new way if you are struggling to get help to prevent it from getting to that point. Unfortunately people are just trying to capitalize on that.

i realized people were douches when i got on teh internet and the stuff people assume. I had people doing stuff to me a while back people have no idea how utterly clueless they are. I agree the stuff people assume is absurd. People can be real dicks though. People who get genuinally upset i can tell the difference. It's not that hard. People really stuggle with that though. Then the victim ends up in therapy like they need "better coping skills". They basically get criminalized. So they don't blow people up when in a lot of cases there is something totally lost there.

I get going to therapy if you are trying to improve your life. There are other reasons people end up with no where to go that just shouldnt happen and therapy makes it worse a lot of the time.

Sure, the results of the investigation should be shared with the victims and their families, if it was someone they knew, the motivation, and anything like that they can figure out.

i've had lots of friends in my life for good reason because im a really good guy. I had someone do something really ignorant to me and mess with my life. They think they know what they are talking about too. They really don't. They are doing fine. I fixed them good ebcause im a nice person. They are basically doing and living the life i was. They still have no idea how ignorant they. Also would never do what they did or do. They never apoligized. thanked me. nothing. Still just off in lala land. Seen as good people in society and doing the right things. They have each other and i made sure of that. There is still something missing there. like there are points they should have realized they were being idiots themselves and not something i had to learn how to cope or whatever.

It's really ignorance on peoples parts. Expecting someone to explain why in every detail when most people don't even attempt to understand is not worth it either. People are going to believe what they do. But honestly that's human nature for good and bad. Failing to recognize what people need in general whether it's putting yourself out there or whatever.
