I dislike lots of people for things they can't help when it annoys me. I don't judge them for it, I just don't want them in my life at all.

You can get mad at someone for something that isn't their fault, people do that all the time.

You may try not to get mad, but it still happens.

A total idiot driver who doesn't freaking move into a round about for 20 minutes because they are nervous, isn't really at fault. They are scared, and not sure what to do, we should all have unlimited patience and wish them well.

Yeah, after the 4th or 5th time they don't move when there is nobody near them (or the cars are in the far lane, not the one the turn into), most very nice, calm, people who don't usually get mad at idiots are at least screaming inside their car at the moron for not freaking known how the heck to drive.

So yeah, get mad at stupid people. Try not to take it out on them directly, try and be patient and help them if you can, but your not a bad person for getting mad because someone is disrupting your day, messing things up etc, due to being an idiot/dumb/unskilled/nervous etc.

Some stupid people are willfully ignorant though. They never seek or even absorb information that might contradict their stupid beliefs, but are more than happy to seek information that confirms them.

Stupidity isn't about what you do or don't know; it's about how well you use it. If you do what you know you shouldn't or don't do what you know you should, you are stupid, and that's a problem.

Depends. If you've explained to them things multiple times and they refuse to listen to you through ignorance then it's fair. If however they try and listen to you but are slow learners then patience is key.

The difference here is a mentally challenged person can't help it or at the very least it's very hard for them to control their mind/actions. A able minded/bodied person can learn new things and be open to doing so.

If they got in my way or otherwise negatively impacted my life by their behaviors, I absolutely would.

I don't give a shit about your intentions as much as I do your actions. Stupid people doing stupid things leads to a stupid world, and can be annoying as fuck.

People glorifying stupidity or otherwise supporting a culture of ignorance is actually one of my largest pet peeves in life. I'm far more likely to hate someone for being willfully ignorant than I am for being a racist, or a criminal, or for any number of other things.
