Christ I can't even imagine trying to 100% that game. Even if you just followed a guide, finding all those stupid collectibles would be incredibly boring.

What are some other 100% completion rewards that are good?

My main complaint was that the great cheat codes that were in VC and San Andreas were taken away in 4, and only slightly put back in 5.

No all weapons, tank spawn, pedestrian mob, flying cars, jetpack, etc.

Rewards:

The Career Criminal achievement/trophy.

UFOs will also appear at the top of Mount Chiliad and above Fort Zancudo and Sandy Shores.

An orange T-shirt that says 100% on it, under T-shirts in Franklin's wardrobe.

The Strangers and Freaks mission, The Last One is unlocked for Franklin.

A Golden Peyote Plant will spawn in the Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness area upon completing The Last One in the Enhanced Versions of the game, allowing the player to become the Sasquatch and the challenge to unlock the Beast.

I think Vice City was the one that gave you a tank and helicopter.

100% completion in San Andreas is shit too. You get a Hydra on Sweet's house, a tank on Grove Street and just a million bucks which by that point is pointless.

Well, it also gave you unlimited ammo, but that only helps for miniguns and some other weapons.

Infinite ammunition for all weapons
The ability to recruit three bodyguards from the Vercetti Estate
The "Frankie" outfit inside Vercetti Estate
Double vehicle strength for any vehicle Tommy Vercetti drives

I think the helicopter and tank were for getting all the packages.
