Well?

I wanted to go with the other form of the words, like "touch" "sight" "taste" "smell" but I couldn't find the right word for "hear" ???

Anyways I voted smell. Thing is, smell is like a lose-lose to me. If something smells good, you're either A.) Going to be eating it shortly anyways, or B.) Smelling something super good that makes you jealous, so there isn't much benefit. Whereas if you smell something nasty, well, there's no benefit to that, so deleting your sense of smell there is actually a perk

thoughts?

Kind of hard to choose between smell and taste. But smell feels less intense to me than taste, so I vote smell.

Aren't there like 20 senses?

IDK about 20 but there is more than 5. Humans also have a sense of balance, time, and direction, among others.

taste is the only answer

if you choose smell, you also lose taste

sight and hearing are self-explanatory

and if you lose your sense of touch, have fun being the most uncoordinated person ever

Sound. Derp

idk "sense of sound" sounds weird. Like "my sense of smell is diminished" "my sense of taste" sound fine, then with sight you don't need "sense of," you can just say "my sight"

but saying "my sound" is like wtf, and "my sense of sound" also sounds...off

I know there's a strong connection between smell and taste, but they aren't 100% connected, right? Like losing your sense of smell seems like it would just diminish your sense of taste, not lose it altogether.

I actually have a really good immune system so other than food poisoning a few weeks ago, I haven't been sick in years

What if I just plug my nose while chewing

you actually have at about 16 to 21 but you only ever hear about the 5 most popular ones
its unfair to poor little kinesthetic sense which gets no love
