It's all smut and immature anime bullshit and ends up getting subverted and being one of the most mature stories about sex and relationships ever to feature anime girl robots.
The most recent epsiode literally ended with everyone resolving their differences like mature adults, forgiving each other and growing as individuals and as a team. What the fuck is this? "Accidentally seeing the girls naked in the bath" is supposed to be a dumbass gag that we put up with to see anime titties!
