My friend gifted me dark souls 3 because he got it in the humble bundle monthly. So as my first run of any darksouls ever, I went deprived lol the first enemy I faces killed me lol but eventually after putting in some time and practice in fighting the ice salamander, I finally beat him. I was so stoked when I did it. I am excited for this darksouls deprived run. Oh and I got rid of the weak as shield and went with twohander club for the time being. Probably gonna stay two-hander. Oh and I went deprived because of the stat allocation. It effects my OCD if the stats aren't perfect lol

Just beat the first boss. Took only like 5 tries, mainly because that salamder fight got me used to recognizing patterns and dodging lol

And I gotta say, ice salamander is a new one. Love how people come up with their own terms for enemies.

It's a shame I can't engage in some jolly POTD cooperation, I'm on Xbox.

It doesn't matter anyways lol I gave up and uninstalled it. Got way to difficulty when it came time to fight the knights on the bridge. The knight with the shield and halbered is invincible. I lost over 100,000 souls trying to pass this area. I am officially done with the game lol

A simple trick for anyone that thinks any Souls game is hard: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO KILL EVERY ENEMY. Some enemies are harder than others, so just move on and get going with the rest of the game because i guarantee the next time you meet them that you'll punk them so hard you will wonder why you ever had difficulty with them in the first place.

I've only played DS2, got to some sky castle area and consistently got pwned by dragon things and haven't looked back.

It's alright, there's worse.

It's great if you like making a super OP sorcery character that's for sure. My guy used dual +10 magic infused maces and sorceries on the side and wrecked almost everything. Soul Greatsword FTW (I'm not super awesome at these kinds of games but not much gave me trouble after a while with this build.)

So, After calming down and getting back into it. I went through all the knights, including the red eyed one and the fat one. Turns out I just needed to use my warcray ability on my battleaxe and twohander it. Their shields stopped mattering after that hahahaha they go down in one combo or 1-2 hits after. So yeah already passed them lol now its time to farm their asses. They owe me 100,000 souls.

You shouldn't farm too much so early on in the game. All effort, hardly any reward.

Right now I am mainly trying to get the lothric armor set, I have everything but the chest lol and I am also farming to level up so I can use the halberd i got from the big guy. Then I will move on. These bastards owe me everything for making me rage quit XD

Scholar of the First Sin improved DkS II significantly. I prefer it over Dark Souls, honestly.

Id probably go Bloodborne > Demons Souls > SotFS > DkS > DkS III > Vanilla DkS II

Thats factoring in DLCs. I loved Bloodborne, but The Old Hunters took it to another level. Game is brilliant.

I could go either way with SotFS vs DkS. I love the level layout in DkS and being able to level up at bonfires. But imho SotFS is overall the better game.

Pontiff Sulvhayn is hard as **** lol I don't mind dying here because It is a easy fog wall to get too. other bosses ( you deacon's) had a little more run through. But I can't even take a quarter of his life lmao well i guess I can always farm those spiders in the sewers lol

Most significant in my eyes would be the improved PVP/Co-op (raised the number from 4 to 6 players; improved the soul memory mechanic)

Improved enemy placement and AI. The inclusion of the Forlorn dark spirits.

Improved resolution, performance, textures, lighting, etc. Ive never been one to care too much about graphics, but the improved framerates are certainly welcome.
