Unless they put a ton of sugar in their coffee. Or some of the fancier coffee drinks have a lot of sugar. Most the time if I drink a energy drink I'd get the shakes more often then not. I avoid those now and I'm guessing it's due to the Caffeine in them. Perhaps I've become sensitive to Caffeine and thus it's causing my anxiety issues. I guess the only way I'll know if if I cut down on the amount of tea I drink and switch it out for something that's healthy for me. I also have sugar in my tea so that would kill two birds with one stone.
