When driving, I pull over and do jumping jacks, or jog around my vehicle. Gets the blood flowing.

Power nap for 5 minutes. Usually keeps me awake for the next couple of hours until I find a place to properly sleep.

Slapping myself and/or attempting to sing kinda helps as well. Though if it is a long drive, sometimes pulling over and just taking a quick 10 minute nap do wonders to give me refresher. --- "You must gather your party before venturing forth" "Go for the eyes Boo!
