At my office you have to badge through some turnstyles once you enter the building. These are two-way. I was approaching 1 of 3 turnstyles and had some bags from Target in both hands since I needed to make a drink/snack run to stock up my desk.
I had a 6 pack of 1 litre bottles of Evian I set on the top of the turnstyle. Another guy was on his way out of the building and approaching the turnstyles. Since I had already set the 6pack on the turnstyle, I figured he would use the one next to the one I was using. Nope. As soon as I reached for my badge to use the badge reader, he had already badged through, thus instantly blocking me and having to wait for him to pass through before I could use the turnstyle. I looked up to give him one of those "are you fucking serious" looks, but he looked away the entire time like "it ain't shit". I felt so demasculinized afterwards. I tucked my tail between my legs and scurried off to my desk. All I wanted to was curl into a ball like a little beta and cry until the end of my shift. *sigh* --- I worship Jesus Christ and am 100% proud to be Christian!
