Jen0125 02/13/18 4:04:42 PM #1:	i told him to bring a cashier's check for $5k when we meet. if he doesn't want to pay that amount he can wait to obtain his keys until our 2016-2017 lease is up on the 25th and then we'll take him to court. if he changes the locks during that time it'll be a wrongful eviction as our lease term is still in effect regardless of whether we have possession of the house as our primary residence. he doesn't even have a dang ol' key to the house he bought. i'm really nervous because i hate confrontation like this. --- http://i.imgur.com/4ihiyS2.jpg "I am not gay!
