No. And I won't waste time cherry-picking like you did. Because one could EASILY say that Obama let Putin clean house in Syria, for instance. The diplomats were expelled at the very end of his term, after he'd lost the elections. He simply wanted to show his deep state puppetmasters that he'd been a good boy.

I care about facts, and have no problems admitting when I'm wrong. I just did so to Lasa yesterday. If actual proof is presented that the Russian government hacked the US elections, then yes, I'll admit I'm wrong. As for propaganda, it's always been there. RT obviously exists, and it's partly government-funded. As I've said before, during the campaign RT showed preference for Sanders and Trump (in that order).
