Pretty good if you like city building games. I think its about $8 for the standard game and $10 for the deluxe with the DLC. You can try it for free until tomorrow night, I think.

I dont have the DLC, so I cant speak to its quality, but $2 isnt that big a hit to the wallet (assuming you dont have the base game already).
