Yeah you're in luck. Nim kinda sucks cuz you need to be doing both driver combos and blade combos for her to be useful. But she's a healer so building a dps team just for her is pointless.

A better dps healer is Adenine. She's probably the best on Rex but I like her on Nia too

I'd say hold off on rolling too much for now tho. Cuz the 4th and 5th members are gonna have a hard time getting blades. It's sorta ok though because they can get 2-3 free blades that fit them well

Kora is pretty decent. I forget what she does but I remember she's decent lul :P

@legendarylemur I rolled Kora and Nim on the 4th member though, not sure what to do with her, she seems just like Dunban in Xeno 1, an evasion tank? but she's having problems trying to hold aggro from Rex, unlike poppy which i can just dump aggro stuff on her and never worry about that... enemies do die faster and i can topple lock them easier with her...

Also the beastly core, what should i do with it?

Meh I dunno. 4th gets 2 very good katana tanks for free eventually. You'd need some patience but I guess it's not a waste either. Some people really like Perceval tho, but I found him clunky, especially when I leave 4th for the AI to use. So it depends on how much you like him

I remember in xeno 1 when i got Melia and it just clicked, that and the fact her AI is atrocious, i wonder if the same happens in this game with the AI.

Speaking of AI, if you get the drive by drive thing on the other party members, does the AI use it properly?

4th is great with her main blade. Cuz you can auto, flick move, auto, flick move. Looks hilarious but makes her do a billion autos really quickly. Also she has a dodge move, meaning if you have good reactions, it can make a lot of later bosses much easier.

People like controlling her for speedruns because of this

For art-to-art cancel, AIs do use it, but not frequently. You can see them chaining arts together but they do more autos than a player would

I stopped after 3 episodes. I might start it again if I hear good things about the later episodes, or I might just not bother. It's like "Schrodinger's anime" at this point, where I've simultaneously both dropped and not dropped it, and the only way I'll know for sure is for other people to watch further into it and comment on it.

Finished ep 1 of fate/extra last encore because i was bored to tears farming this event in fate/grand order.

There was something satisfying of seeing umu being almost cut in half and pierced in the first 10 seconds of the anime...

I need a good name for someone in my game and hopefully a good one and I'm hoping someone here would have one. Think of him as a teen guy, energetic, clearly naive, always eager to have fun even if it gets half the town chasing after him to have his neck, and looking to make a big name for himself even though it would likely be for the best if he should just stay home. Think Naruto (Wow, my spell check says that's okay...) and Asta, but replace their "I going to be the 'insert some noble rank that everyone thinks that they will never ever be able to get to'!" with "I going to kill the 'insert some demon lord that everyone thinks that he'll never ever be able to kill'!"

Remember, this is going to be a humorous game so not anything to serious. At the same time, I still want it to be a real name.

Well obviously not everything in there is garbage actually. There are other halfway "I'm definitely trying" kinda VNs mixed amongst them. That witch game where you get to name spells looks pretty fun too actually.

But Root Double is one of best VNs I've read, and I feel like constantly getting bundled with these things is kinda sad.
