Sure doesn't look like it to me. Granted, this video was after day 1 and maybe day 2 was less toxic, but still.
None of those cards were in the Top 8 matches I've seen. People are always gonna run some floodgates, but right now the conclusion is that all the good ones worth running are hit.

No floodgates aside from some Droll and Lancea in Top 8, like 2 limited Anti-spell Fragrances in Top 32, so yeah floodgates were run but they basically weren't any good

It's kinda true but Lancea is still strictly a Maliss hit and doesn't hit any other decks (which is why there were no Maliss in Top 8) and Droll is tragically a necessary Mitsurugi hit. Lancea also hits Orcust which had some rep in the top 16. There was 1 Sky Striker in Top 16
